Abstract
This resource includes stream chemistry data from 260 sampling locations and 4 dates (2018-2019). We collected this data at a high spatial resolution, every 50 to 100m, along 13km of streams in six agricultural headwater catchments (1.1-3.5km²). We used the Transcender portable device (Causse et al. 2017, Causse and Thomas 2020) to measure nitrate, dissolved organic carbon, temperature, oxygen, conductivity and turbidity in all 1040 sampling locations x dates. Eleven complementary parameters were also measured in the laboratory for 239 sampling locations x dates. Full data description in Dupas et al. (accepted)
