Abstract
Output of raster files from image classification in Google Earth Engine for the western arm of Lake Superior using data from eePlumB.
.tif files are organized in zipped folders by satellite mission (Landsat 5, 7, 8, 9, Sentinel-2A, Sentinel-2B). Due to size limits, the folders contain multiple zipped folders, broken down by inclusive date ranges. File name contains the satellite origin and the calendar date of image acquisition.
Classification method: gradient tree boost, 10 trees.
Model version 2024-04-26.
v 2024-04-26 Updated labels with more rigorous filtering, tvt separated by image-date, only predicting 3 classes (open water, cloud, sediment), all QA bits masked.
v 2024-01-08 Updated from previous version to remap classification to separate clouds from out of area and masked pixels.
