Abstract

CIROH's R2OHC platform combines AWS/GCP cloud credits, 2i2c JupyterHub, and on-premises HPC to support 28 consortium institutions in advanced hydrological modeling. Key innovations include containerized workflows, Infrastructure as Code, and pre-configured environments—reducing setup from weeks to 30 minutes. Presented at AGU 2025 (Paper H41Q-1425).
