Atlas Brasileiro de Desastres Naturais (1991 a 2012), Manual de Desastres Naturais, a Política Nacional de Defesa Civil, Cartilha Inundação – Como agir, o Plano de Emergência do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, Plano de Contingências do Estado do Rio de Janeiro para Chuvas Intensas e dados do Sistema Integrado de Informações sobre Desastres com reconhecimentos de situação de emergência e estado de calamidade pública realizados nos anos 2004 a 2007 e 2009 a 2012 nos municípios do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.
