Abstract

This dataset was collected as part of the field campaigns for "Measuring Gas Transfer Velocity in a Steep Tropical Stream: Method Evaluation and Implications for Upscaling" but was never used in the manuscript or published in the supporting data. Site coordinates and names corresponds with the site names in the manuscript. These samples were collected at the downstream end of each study reach at the surface, before any manipulation or tracer gas was diffused into the stream (e.g. they represent natural conditions). Samples were collected using a headspace method, detailed in section 2.4.
