Abstract
This resource contains meteorological data from seven met stations in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness of ID and MT. All measurements were taken with Campbell Scientific instruments and recorded on Campbell Scientific data loggers (CR300 or CR1000x). Snow depth was measured with an SR-50A sonic distance sensor. Soil moisture, soil temperature, and electrical conductivity at 10 cm depth were measured with a CS-655. All other measurements were taken with the Climavue50 total meteorological sensor. Hourly data is provided from all instruments.
In addition, met stations are paired with GPS antennas as part of an investigation of hydrogeodesy in mountain watersheds. GPS data from each site can be downloaded from EarthScope. The aggregated DOI for all GNSS stations can be accessed with this link: https://doi.org/10.7283/A76G-HP43.
