Abstract
This is a TIF for the watershed boundary for the Clinch River. This is the final output as well as the instructions for how to obtain the output. The original inputs and code were provided to me by Dr. Venkatesh Merwade in Purdue's EAPS 591 course to download DEM for this area. This resource was created on September 6th 2019.

readme.txt
To obtain these tif files I used a Jupyter Notebook file through mygeohub provided by the EAPS 591 instuctors. This notebook will be provided. You can use Jupyter Notebook on your laptop or through mygeohub. The following instructions will instruct you how to use Jupyter notebook through mygeohub, if you are using Jupyter notebook on your own laptop simply open and run the file how you normally would. Instructions adapted from notes provided by the instructors: 1. Create a mygeohub accounts. 2. Log into mygeohub and open the "Jupyter Notebook with anaconda 5.1" tool. 3. Upload the Jupyter notebook file provided in the "Watershed Boundary for Clinch River Inputs" under the "Watershed Boundary for Clinch River" resource. This script is titled "DEM_NED_Download_final.ipynb". 4. Create and Input and Output folder wherever you plan to run the script. 5. Upload everything under the B2 folder provided under the "Watershed Boundary for Clinch River Inputs" under the "Watershed Boundary for Clinch River" resource. These files were downloaded from USGS. 6. Open the Jupyter Notebook file. 7. Edit the "USER INPUTS" celll to provide the full paths for the input folder and output folder, as well as the relative path for the boundary file. Your home directory for mygeohub is found at "/home/mygeohub/username/" Example: input_folder_name = "/home/mygeohub/alafleu/Classwork_FAIR/Input" output_folder_name = "/home/mygeohub/alafleu/Classwork_FAIR/Output" boundary_file = 'B2.shp' 8. Run each cell one by one. When done, in theory, the output will end up in the Output folder. Currently this is not the case, so I will describe where to find the output below. If a tif file shows up in your output file use that and you can disregard the following. TO OBTAIN OUTPUT IF NOTHING SHOWS UP IN YOUR OUTPUT FOLDER 1. Run all of the Jupyter notebook cells EXCEPT the last one, "Clean Up". 2. Navigate to the "WorkFolder" folder under your "Input" folder 3. Grab the "proj_rast.tif" and "merged_rast.tif" files. These are your output files.
