Abstract
Nitrate Calculator GUI 1.2.1 was developed in C++ to estimate nitrate in groundwater pumping wells. The application iterates upon a previously published spreadsheet-based model that improves model efficiency through several major upgrades, including a new graphical user interface and gridded output. This resource contains input files used to calculate nitrate concentrations for a case study in Waupaca, WI. Data are provided in .csv format, organized in folders according to different crop types/scenarios. The raster grids used to prepare these files are published in the NitrateCalculatorInput geodatabase.
