Abstract

The dam-break models for instantaneous failures for 1D and 2D flows are developed by solving Saint-Venant Equations using a second-order explicit numerical scheme. The 1D codes are specifically developed for validation purposes. The 1D numerical scheme is used to generate 15,173 different scenarios for the development of scale-invariant ML models.
