Abstract
The Utah Energy Balance (UEB) Snowmelt Model Coupled to the Research Distributed Hydrologic Model (RDHM) with Parallel Processing using CUDA GPU.
This is the model used in the following paper

The Utah Energy Balance (UEB) Snowmelt Model Coupled to the Research Distributed Hydrologic Model (RDHM) with Parallel Processing using CUDA GPU. Source code is in the file hl-rdhm-release-3.5.10_withUEBgpu_DA.zip Unzip this file to get directories with source files for the multiple components of the RDHM. The majority of these components were developed by others, primarily at the National Weather Service Hydrology Laboratory, and are provided for completeness. There are configure and make files in the directory for each module, with build instructions in "rdhm_developers_manual.pdf" from the National Weather Service (NWS). The directories with names beginning with "ueb" hold code for our implementations of UEB in the RDHM framework. The folder "uebDAsrPF" contains source codes for the coupled UEB + SAC-SMA + rutpix7 component using CUDA GPU. This version employs Ensemble Kalman Filter (EnKF) snow data assimilation and Particle Filter (PF) streamflow assimilation. The folder "uebDAsacrutpix7" contains source codes for the coupled models as in "uebDAsrPF" but with only snow data assimilation using EnKF. The folder "ueb" has codes for the UEB model without data assimilation.
