To run the simulations: 1. copy executable file to subdirectory of each case ("CrunchTope_mac" for macOS and "CrunchTope-64bit.exe" for Windows OS 64bit); 2. run the executable file to run each case (use "terminal" to execute the "CrunchTope_mac" for macOS).}
