Abstract
This dataset supports the analysis of precipitation isotope variability in Arlington, north-central Texas (2022–2024). It includes daily and sub-daily δ2H, δ¹⁸O, and d-excess data (N = 459) from precipitation events, along with associated meteorological data and air mass back trajectory data. Seasonal isotope variability is primarily controlled by source-region relative humidity, while daily and sub-daily fluctuations are influenced by cloud-top brightness temperature as a proxy for convective intensity. This repository provides a benchmark for reproducibility, scenario analysis, and further studies on precipitation isotope dynamics and the role of convection in mid-latitude regions under a changing climate.
