Abstract

This is the code and data used in the manuscript corresponding to "Impacts of Lake Dry-Downs on Groundwater Geochemistry for a Sinkhole Lake in Florida". This data resource contains tabular water quality data within the Wakulla Springshed following the 2021 and 2022 Lake Jackson dry-downs. This contains major ion chemistry of Lake Jackson, the FSU Groundwater well, and Wakulla Spring at a weekly interval for 2021.. Additionally, daily samples of the FSU Well were collected for the 2022 dry-down. Raw data were collected by IC and titration, and reported in mg/L. Processed data are reported in meq/L. A Jupyter Notebook is included to detail processing steps, production of all plots created for the manuscript, and statistical analyses between the ionic concentrations of the 2021 and 2022 samples.
