Abstract
These are the data associated with the manuscript "The seasonality of in-stream nutrient concentrations and uptake in Arctic headwater streams in the northern foothills of Alaska’s Brooks Range". The data include: streamflow, precipitation, photosynthetically active radiation, streamwater temperature, stream metabolism, grab sample concentrations for dissolved organic carbon, ammonium, nitrate, and phosphate, and nutrient injection data for nitrate, ammonium, and phosphate nutrient uptake injection experiments. These data were collected in three streams of the North Brooks Range of Alaska near the Toolik Field Station during June - October of 2010 and 2011. The three streams are I8-Inlet, I8-Outlet, and Peat-Inlet.
