Files:

Metadata:
1) Site_Metadata - Site data sources, location, soil texture, estimated specific yield, land use, years ultimately used in the analysis, mean annual winter end date, master recession curve fit parameters, and other information for each of the 10 sites analyzed. Table S1 of the manuscript (note: Kalamazoo 2 is referred to as kalamazoo_3 in the data/code)
2) Data_Descriptions_and_Sources.csv - Descriptions and sources of the 65 predictor variables used in the analysis. Corresponds to Table S2 of the manuscript, but includes variable names used in datafiles/script (Column E)

Data:
1) Daily_Timeseries_Data - Compiled daily data for all sites used in the analysis, organized by site and year
2) Final_Data - Final compiled annual-scale (winter-spring), month-scale, and event-scale data
3) WTFM_Figures - Output figures from the automated WTFM script showing delta H calculations for each site and year
*Please see Data_Descriptions_and_Sources file for data sources
**Variable names were edited in the paper for clarity. Column E of Data_Descriptions_and_Sources shows variable name used in datafiles/script

Processing scripts:
1) Auto_WTFM.m - An automated water table fluctuation method (WTFM) algorithm for detecting recharge events and calculating change in head using antecedent and sequent recessions from the above MRCs was developed based on a modified version of the USGS’s Episodic Master Recession (EMR) method (Nimmo et al., 2015).
2) Calc_Annual_Scale_Variables.m - Calculates/compiles annual-scale (winter-spring) variables used in the analysis
3) Calc_Event_Scale_Variables.m - Calculates/compiles event-scale and month-scale variables used in the analysis
