Abstract
The dataset contains outputs from the Duke Coupled surface-subsurface Hydrology Model (DCHM) characterizing post-fire ecohydrological and carbon dynamics in the Okefenokee Swamp. The data capture temporal evolution of water, energy, and carbon fluxes following fire disturbance, supporting analysis of ecosystem recovery and disturbance-driven feedbacks.

Updated February 2026 This file describes the dataset containing outputs from the Duke Coupled surface-subsurface Hydrology Model (DCHM) characterizing post-fire ecohydrological and carbon dynamics in the Okefenokee Swamp. The data capture temporal evolution of water, energy, and carbon fluxes following fire disturbance, supporting analysis of ecosystem recovery and disturbance-driven feedbacks. Data variables List of files - MeanFPAR_MODIS.csv → Annual mean FPAR from MODIS, one row per year, one column per grid site MeanFPAR_DCHM-PV.csv → Annual mean FPAR from the DCHM-PV predictive model MeanLAI_MODIS.csv → Annual mean LAI from MODIS, one row per year, one column per grid site MeanLAI_DCHM-PV.csv → Annual mean LAI from the DCHM-PV predictive model AnnualGPP_DCHM-V.csv → Annual GPP computed using MODIS LAI, one row per year, one column per grid site AnnualGPP_DCHM-PV.csv → Annual GPP computed using predictive LAI, one row per year, one column per grid site
