Abstract
Weather station point air temperature data are aggregated as daily maximum and minimum temperature for all available stations that report air temperature in the State of Hawaii. Data are compiled from numerous local observation networks (e.g. CraterNet, Halenet) and national repositories (e.g. Remote Automated Weather Station Network, National Center for Environmental Information) to produce a unified dataset of daily maximum and minimum air temperature measurements from Jan. 1, 1990 through Dec. 31, 2021.

Data description: Monthly-stratified daily maximum and minimum air temperature for each temperature-reporting weather station in the State of Hawai'i. Each unique station is represented by rows and the corresponding station metadata and time series are delineated by column. Metadata column definitions: SKN: State key number.
