Abstract

This reporsitoy contains simulated data from the mQM model for the Rhine and Elbe basins and 146 subbasins . The folders and their contents are organized as follows:

1. "with_point_source_downscaled_population_data"
Simulated states and fluxes from the mQM model for the Elbe and Rhine and their subbasins with point sources downscaled to the grid level using population data

2. "with_point_source_downscaled_wwtp_data"
Simulated states and fluxes from the mQM model for the Elbe and Rhine and their subbasins with point sources downscaled to the grid level using waste water treatment plan data

3. "without_point_sources"
Simulated states and fluxes from the mQM model for the Elbe and Rhine and their subbasins with point sources

There are 148 output files in each folder (for main Rhine, Elbe and their subbasins), with the file named by the basin ID

The basin ID and location (Rhine or Elbe subbasin can be found in the "Basin_lookup.txt" file

The output files are formated as follows:
Each behavioral simulations takes 173 rows (including the header). In total, each files has 173*100 rows
The column name of are the output variables and units

The GIS file of subbasins and gauging stations can be obtained from the QUADICA directory
