Abstract
Six-year synoptic (snapshot) sampling water quality dataset across 123 sites in 3 mid-size watersheds in northern Alaska. Snapshot sampling was conduted fver the course of 6 years. Data corresponds to publication submission with the same name (currently in review). Four files are included.
Chem_FDC.csv: Includes all grab sample chemistry data from all sites included in the corresponding analysis. Some additional solutes are included, but most observations were below detection.
KupOksTrevor_LandscapeMetrics_RF_LITE.csv: Predictor set for all sites included in the publication, plus additional sites not included.
Sorted_polygons_AG.zip: Polygons for all sites listed in 'KupOksTrevor_LandscapeMetrics_RF_LITE.csv'.
NDVI: Bimonthly NDVI average for the study period.
