Abstract
The following data consists of Spectral Induced Polarization (SIP) measurements of calcite precipitation within an agar gel. The data is formatted as a series of .csv files containing metadata on the measurement (time, input voltage, etc) as well as the electrical impedance magnitude and phase angle allowing one to calculate an impedance. In addition a python script is included which was used to analyze the data and create the figures seen in the associated paper.
The code should be run with the Data folder (folder containing the data) in the same directory as the script files.
