Abstract

These files contain all the data used in the draft manuscript entitled "Effect of scour hole shape on the hydrodynamics of an impinging jet and assessing the erodibility of cohesive sediment," by Seyed Mohammad Ghaneeizad, Sean J. Bennett, and Joseph F. Atkinson

The experiment data include:
--Velocity magnitude (Umag)
--Centerline data for mean velocity (Um) and kinetic energy (k)
--Normalized velocity data for the Free Jet and Wall Jet regions

The numerical simulation data include:
--Flow fields for all bed conditions (flat bed, d1-d7, and h2 and h6)
--Dynamic bed pressure
--Bed shear stress
