Abstract

Follows analog approach using 36 analogs. Data is averaged across all ensemble members, split by lead time. Multi-model variance adjusted precip is an average across lead time and member (i.e., 3 month forward rolling mean). Variance is adjusted using the ratio of observed to downscaled standard deviation, and applied on a per-model basis prior to calculating the ensemble mean.
