Abstract
Ground penetrating radar and corresponding global positioning system location data collected along two north-south transects at the Piedmont site at Jornada Experimental Range, New Mexico. GPR data were collected using a 250 MHz Noggin SmartCart® GPR (Sensors and Software) coupled to a Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) Global Positioning System (GPS) using a Topcon GB-1000 receiver. GPR acquisition used a transmitter and receiver signal that collected data in eight stacks, every 0.25 m. Values for v were determined for each measurement period by applying dielectric permittivity data from Campbell Scientific TDR soil sensors (models CS650/CS655) at depths of 20 and 32 cm. Files with prefix "LINE0" refer to measurement 21-07-GPR along transect A-A', which was collected on July 10, 2021. Files with prefix "LINE1" refer to measurement 21-09-GPR along transect A-A", which was collected on September 12, 2021. Files with prefix "LINE2" refer to measurement 22-04-GPR along transect B-B', which was collected on April 15, 2022.
