Abstract

This resource contains Mathematica codes to draw the isovel lines in a generic river cross-section, codes to display velocity profiles, and codes to estimate the discharge and calculate the errors.
Cross-section and observed velocity data for the Yellow River, Edo River, Tiber River, Chiascio River, Rio Grande Channel, and San Joaquin River also are provided.
