Abstract

These data were collected during 2018-2022 from two lower tributaries of the Chesapeake Bay, the York River and the Lafayette River, which are both located in Virginia, USA. Seasonal campaigns were conducted to collect surface waters and groundwaters in the two rivers to determine seasonal SGD nutrient loads to the two systems. Parameters including radon concentration, salinity, temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, as well as dissolved nutrient and carbon concentrations were also measured in both groundwater and surface water in both rivers.
