Abstract
This dataset includes all relevant data that accompanies Bittmann et al., 2025 "Influence of Urbanization and Climate on Surface Water Diversions in a Semi-arid Basin". Data includes: total annual diversion data for 67 points of diversion from the Boise River from 1987-2020, calculated amount of reservoir storage water used in each diversion, the spatial extent served by each diversion, urban proportion derived from LCMAP, total irrigation season precipitation and maximum irrigation season temperature from Daymet, and ET from SSEBop.
