Content

readme.txt

This repository contains several folders with various types of data. The summary of each folder is included below. Each folder contains a seperate readme file that details the contents in each folder.

The folder "porosity_data" contains VP and porosity data for all areas defined as saprolite at each of the sites.

The folder "reduced_porosity_data" contains a file with the porosity data aggregated for each landsat pixel that crosses the survey line. This file also contains mean yearly NDVI and Evapotranspiration values for each of the pixels that the porosity data is aggregated over.

The folder "remote_sensing_data" contains data files for NDVI and Evapotranspiration at the three core sites, across the broader area around the study sites, at sites with bedrock geochemical estimates, and estimates of Potential Evapotranspiration and Mean Annual Precipitation at the main study sites.

The folder "tree_survey_data" contains data from tree surveys at the the main study sites.

The folder "geophysics_data" contains seismic refraction data from four lines at each of the sites.

The folder "figure_code" contains python or Matlab code used to generate each of the figures in the main text.
