ABSTRACT:

Corrected NextGen hydrofabric v2.2 geopackage for VPU 17, used by the NextGen Research DataStream (NRDS). In the original file, the identifiers for one flowpath, nexus and catchment (ID 3000000) were stored in scientific notation (wb-3e+06, nex-3e+06, cat-3e+06). This caused t-route to fail with ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10: '3e+06' when converting ngen nexus outputs, so every t-route-enabled VPU 17 run failed (https://github.com/CIROH-UA/ngen-datastream/issues/199). This version rewrites the 33 affected values across the flowpaths, nexus, divides, network, flowpath-attributes and flowpath-attributes-ml tables to integer form (e.g. wb-3000000). No geometry, attributes or other features were changed. Known limitation carried over from the source data: catchment cat-3000000 has no row in divides or divide-attributes.
