ABSTRACT:
This dataset contains 1D HEC-RAS hydraulic simulation outputs used to derive dimensionless scaling parameters (friction and diffusion coefficient) for seven reach types in the Lake Champlain Basin, Vermont. For each reach type we developed our model using the reach-averaged cross section and channel slope of the medoid reach. We then varied the channel slope using the 25th and 75th percentile values across a range of flood recurrence intervals (Q2, Q10, Q50, and Q100).
